On October 10, 2025, the Oxford Police Department responded to an apartment complex on Private Road 3151 for a reported disturbance between two women.
Upon arrival, officers located were able to determine Laniqua Williams, 26, of Oxford, Mississippi, had caused property damage inside the victim’s apartment as a result of the disturbance and was subsequently arrested for Burglary.
Burglary in Mississippi is unlawful entry with the intent to commit a crime.
Williams was taken before a Municipal Court judge for her initial bond hearing.
