Paul Petach, 57, of Oxford, Mississippi.
On November 19 , 2025, the Oxford Police Department received a tip about a possible child enticement case. Investigators immediately began an investigation into the case and conducted follow-up interviews with multiple parties involved.
The result of the investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued on November 20, 2025, for Paul Petach, 57, of Oxford, Mississippi on charges of Child Porn, two counts of Enticement of a Child to Meet for Sexual Purposes, and Grooming of a Child.
Petach was located and arrested. A search warrant was issued for Petach’s home where electronics and storage devices were seized. This is still an ongoing investigation and more charges could be filed a later date.
