Timothy Wade Gray (White, male, 54 years old, of Oxford, Mississippi)
On March 29, 202,5 Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff‘s Department received a complaint of a disturbance on Highway 328. The complainants alleged that Timothy Wade Gray (White, male, 54 years old, of Oxford, Mississippi) entered the complainants home and attempted to stab one of the complaints with a blade.
Gray was subsequently arrested for Burglary- Breaking and Entering a Dwelling House or Inner Door of a Dwelling, Aggravated Assault- Use of a Deadly Weapon or Other Means Likely to Produce Death or Serious Bodily Injury and Weapon, and Possession of by a Felon.
Gray appeared before a Lafayette County Justice court judge, where he was issued a $50,000 bond. Gray is currently being held at Lafayette County Detention Center awaiting bond and also currently has a hold for the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
