Bob Yerke‘s, yes he shortened his name for the store sign, was a master at Philly Cheesesteak Subs. Many a wild Ole Miss weekend closed with the least hungover one of the bunch making the Sunday afternoon run and returning with a bag of Bob’s legacy.
