On December 13 and 18, 2022, the Oxford Police Department took two separate reports of credit card fraud at businesses in the 2200 and 2500 blocks of West Jackson Avenue.
After investigation, Tosha Mister, 51, of Batesville, Mississippi was arrested and charged with four counts of Credit Card Fraud and one count of Embezzlement.
Mister was taken before a Lafayette County Justice Court judge for her initial hearing and issued a $15,000 bond.
The Oxford Police Department is housed 715 Molly Barr Road. The department has more than 70 full-time officers and staff and provides a wide range of protection and enforcement services.
The Police Department has a community-oriented policing philosophy and provides around-the-clock patrols. She got fired from a few hotels for stealing peoples credit cards and cash. She had a few write ups with me and she signed the one admitting she stole but wouldn’t sign the one that said she was driving the company van with no insurance and a suspended license ♀️ her mycase clearly shows that she’s lying. She’s been pulled over multiple times on a suspended license and no insurance. She deserves this. Karma’s a bitch.
