Investigators were called to the scene and located a stolen firearm inside of the vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tyler Akeem Payne<\/strong> was subsequently arrested and charged with Drive by Shooting and Possession of a Stolen Firearm.
