{"id":84610,"date":"2020-02-19T17:52:08","date_gmt":"2020-02-19T23:52:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/?p=84610"},"modified":"2020-02-19T17:52:17","modified_gmt":"2020-02-19T23:52:17","slug":"oxford-mississippi-police-seeking-witnesses-to-fatal-crash-on-highway-334-that-claimed-the-life-of-a-pedestrian","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/oxford-mississippi-police-seeking-witnesses-to-fatal-crash-on-highway-334-that-claimed-the-life-of-a-pedestrian\/","title":{"rendered":"Oxford, Mississippi Police Seeking Witnesses to Fatal Crash on Highway 334 that Claimed the Life of a Pedestrian"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at approximately 7:18 am, the <strong>Oxford Police Department<\/strong> responded to a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian on <strong>Highway 334<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officers, along with firefighters and EMS, arrived and immediately began treating the pedestrian, <strong>Dudley Earl Freeman<\/strong>, 83 of Oxford, who was subsequently sent to <strong>Baptist Memorial Hospital North Mississippi<\/strong> in critical condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Freeman succumbed to his injuries at 6:00 am this morning.
