On Saturday, May 9, 2020<\/strong>, Bishop Gunn Crawfish Boil<\/strong> will return to Natchez,\u00a0Mississippi<\/strong>, for its\u00a0third southern celebration of Natchez, music, and food! This year\u2019s\u00a0event will move from its original\u00a0location at Bluff Park <\/strong>to Rosalie Mansion<\/strong>. The\u00a0second annual BGCB took place last year and attracted\u00a0over 4,000 people\u2014pulling visitors from 32 states, plus Belgium, the U.K., and Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSome of you have already heard the rumors\u00a0and guessed the news . . . yes, it\u2019s true, the Bishop Gunn\u00a0Crawfish Boil is\u00a0returning in 2020! Not only that, but we are moving to Rosalie Mansion this\u00a0year, the\u00a0site of our beloved Natchez Balloon Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe truly feel that we have the best fans in\u00a0the world, which you all proved at last year\u2019s BGCB when\u00a0you came out in droves\u00a0despite the poor weather. It\u2019s only right that we repay your commitment with\u00a0another go at this thing!\u00a0This event is all about\u00a0celebrating the culture of our beautiful hometown with\u00a0local food, drink and of\u00a0course, music!\u00a0We\u2019ll see y\u2019all on May 9!\u201d

2019 was a monumental year\u00a0for Bishop Gunn. They toured Europe with Slash<\/strong>, supported Marcus King\u00a0Band<\/strong> in\u00a0the U.S., and opened up for The Rolling Stones<\/strong> and Guns N\u2019 Roses<\/strong>! The band has recently\u00a0been in the studio working on their follow-up album to critically acclaimed\u00a0Natchez<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0with plans to\u00a0release later this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0full BGCB 2020 music lineup will be released at a later date. Tickets will go\u00a0on sale Monday,\u00a0January 13, at 10 am CST and can be purchased at\u00a0www.ardenland.net<\/a>. Tickets will cost $30\u00a0advance\u00a0and $40 at the gate. Children ages 10 and under receive free admission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
