New Orleans Suspects<\/span><\/b> formed in summer of 2011 in the wake of the breakup of The Radiators after 34 years.\u00a0 The band comprises of some of the best, most highly respected players in New Orleans, including:\u00a0 Reggie Scanlan <\/b>on <\/b>bass (Radiators, Professor Longhair Band); Mean Willie Green <\/b>on drums (Neville Bros. current drummer since 1981); Jeff Watkins<\/b> (James Brown Band, Joss Stone Band) on saxophone; Jake Eckert <\/b>on <\/b>guitar\/vocals (current member of The Dirty Dozen Brass Band); and CR Gruver<\/b>\u00a0on keyboards and vocals (Polytoxic, Outformation).<\/span><\/p>\n

The band combines original songs in the New Orleans style with hits and obscurities from the Allen Toussaint and Dr. John songbooks, as well as performing favorites from Radiators, Nevilles and Dirty Dozen repertoire.\u00a0\u00a0 Fans of New Orleans\u2019 music are raving about the band\u2019s live show!\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
