The shoplifter was identified as <strong>Ryan Edward Walsh<\/strong>, 22 of <strong>Atlanta, Georgia<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walmart filed an affidavit against Walsh for the felony amount of property taken from the store. An arrest warrant was issued for Walsh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Tuesday, November 19, 2019, Walsh turned himself into the police and returned all stolen property.
