Officers arrived and began speaking with both parties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officers believed that one of the drivers, <strong>Teddy Mullin<\/strong> (42 of <strong>Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong>) was under the influence. A DUI investigation ensued where he was subsequently arrested. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officers discovered that Mullin had at least three prior DUI convictions on his driving history. He was transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked for DUI 4<sup>th<\/sup>.
