The officer turned around and attempted to catch up with the vehicle but noticed that it was now in a ditch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The driver was identified as <strong>Martin Simmons<\/strong> (28 of <strong>Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong>). A DUI investigation was conducted and a blood warrant was issued. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Martin had at least three prior DUI convictions and has another DUI 4<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;pending from an arrest with OPD on 8\/25\/18.
