Adopt a resolution declaring the intent of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, to enter into one or more equipment lease-purchase agreements for the purchase of certain equipment for the City in an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,725,000.00 and to hire legal counsel and an independent registered municipal advisor for same.
