The investigation led to the arrest <strong>Michaela Lay<\/strong>, (19) from <strong>Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong> on October 30<sup>th<\/sup>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Investigators worked the case with DHS after a complaint was filed stating that Lay exposed the child to a controlled substance.
