Edge<\/strong>, award\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">winning author of <em><strong>The Potlikker Papers: A Food History of the Modern South<\/strong><\/em> in collaboration\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">with Snackbar\u2019s own James Beard Award finalist, <strong>Chef Vishwesh Bhatt<\/strong>. It will take place on\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">September 5, 2018, and feature recipes from <em>Soul: A Chef\u2019s Culinary Evolution in 150 Recipes<\/em>.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Tickets will be $85 for dinner and $105 for dinner with wine and cocktail pairings. All tickets\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">will include signed copies of <em>Soul<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Todd Richards is self-taught and the owner and chef of Richards\u2019 <strong>Southern Fried<\/strong> in <strong>Atlanta<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">. He formerly held positions at <strong>White Oak Kitchen &amp; Cocktails<\/strong>, the <strong>Ritz- Carlton\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Buckhead<\/strong>, <strong>The Shed in Glenwood Park<\/strong>, and <strong>the Pig &amp; the Pearl<\/strong> at Atlantic Station. He has two\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">James Beard Award nominations and has been a competitor on <em><strong>Iron Chef America<\/strong><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">His new book, <em>Soul<\/em>, highlights his culinary journey, which started in Chicago and led to\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Atlanta, where he still resides. Its focus is on keeping tradition as well as creating new and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">exciting flavors and will broaden your definition of soul food.
