The vehicle continued until it stopped at a residence on Garfield Ave. The officer made contact with the driver, <strong>Christopher McDaniel<\/strong> (29 of <strong>Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong>), and began a DUI investigation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">During the investigation it was discovered that McDaniel had at least 3 prior DUI convictions and that there was a child in the car with him.
