She was transported from the Pontotoc jail to the <strong>Lafayette County Detention Center<\/strong> for the charge of Felony False Pretense.<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Hillman.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-45814\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Hillman.jpg?resize=640%2C480\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Hillman.jpg?w=640&amp;ssl=1 640w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Hillman.jpg?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">On February 28, Hillman was in Walmart in <strong>Oxford<\/strong> and proceeded to the self-checkout where she did not scan $2,191.53 worth of merchandise. Hillman was then confronted by Loss Prevention where she ran out of the store and fled the scene. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The next day, Pontotoc investigators called and stated they had a female in custody they arrested at Walmart on February 29, who advised that she had come from Oxford.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">They sent a photo of her and it match the subject at the Oxford Walmart. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Hillman\u2019s bond was set at $2,500.00 by a judge.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/TheLocalVoiceLigature-25web.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"25\" height=\"16\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14544 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/TheLocalVoiceLigature-25web.jpg?resize=25%2C16\" alt=\"The Local Voice Ligature\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Thursday, April 12th&nbsp;2018, investigators with the Oxford Police Department arrested Tina Hillman (42 of Pontotoc, Mississippi).
