An officer stopped a vehicle on the ramp to <strong>Highway 7<\/strong> from <strong>University Avenue<\/strong>. Paten was identified as the driver. During the traffic stop, a DUI investigation was conducted and Paten was arrested. It was later determined that Paten had several priors for DUI and was charged with DUI 4th.
