The screenings will all be held for free based on the funds raised this April.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Glennray-tutor-image.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-45510 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Glennray-tutor-image.jpg?resize=640%2C480\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On April 9, supporters can eat at <strong>Panera Bread<\/strong> on Jackson Avenue in Oxford from 4-8 pm with 20 percent of donations going to support the festival if the cashier is informed at time of purchase. A flyer is required and is available on the website at <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oxfordfilmfest.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.oxfordfilmfest.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to take in to the cashier. No additional donations are required, just a regular food purchase will help support the festival.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">On April 17 at <strong>Southside Gallery<\/strong>, a live auction will be held at 6:30 pm including a wine and cheese reception. Proceeds from the auction of a rare <strong>Glennray Tutor<\/strong> painting plus private tour of his studio will go towards the Oxford Film Festival. The painting, <em><strong>Two Rooms<\/strong><\/em>, is acrylic on paper and is 15&#215;20 inches and was completed in 1982. The winning bid will also receive a private tour of Tutor\u2019s art studio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From April 22\u201330, shoppers at <strong>Five Below<\/strong> can support the Oxford Film Festival by downloading the flyer on the website and taking it with you when buying at the store in the <strong>Oxford Galleria II<\/strong>. The flyer is available at <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oxfordfilmfest.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.oxfordfilmfest.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt;\">The first of the free movie screenings will be presented on Thursday, May 4, at the <strong>Powerhouse <\/strong>and will feature the documentary <em><strong>Upstairs Inferno<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0at 6 pm as part of <strong>Pride Week.<\/strong>\u00a0Then the new <strong>Monday Movie Series<\/strong>\u00a0(see schedule below) in partnership with the <strong>Burns Belfry Multicultural Center<\/strong> and <strong>PBS POV<\/strong> series will take place.\u00a0Each film will be presented with a guest speaker and will be free for the community.
