This is because the local Cajun-spiced restaurant has launched a new menu that brings back some classics\u2014such as the Shrimp and Grits, served up with a fried grit cake\u2014as well as some new dishes, including the Double Griddle Burger and Shrimp Etouff\u00e9e.
