The victim stated that the motor was stolen on 7\/18\/17 between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm. Investigations began searching regional pawn records and located a similar motor that was pawned, by <strong>John W. Perry<\/strong> (51) of <strong>Pope, Mississippi<\/strong>, in <strong>Southaven, Mississippi<\/strong>. The pawn shop was contacted and they were able to provide pictures of the motor. Investigators were able to positively identify the motor, as the victims, by several distinguishing characteristics.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">An arrest warrant was issued for Perry\u2019s arrest on 7\/19\/17. Perry turned himself in to Investigators on 8\/11\/17 and was booked at the<strong> Lafayette Co. Detention Center<\/strong>.
