    18. Request approval to adopt a Resolution Declaring the Intention of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, to issue Tax Incentive Bonds of said City in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed nine million ($9,000,000), in accordance with the authority granted in Chapter 45 of Title 21, Mississippi Code of 1972.<\/span><\/li>\n
    19. Request approval to adopt a Resolution hiring legal counsel and independent registered municipal advisor in connection with the sale and issuance of tax increment financing bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed nine million ($9,000,000); and for related purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n
    20. Request permission to adopt a Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi finding and determining that a notice of bond issue in connection with the issuance of general obligation bonds of said city to raise money for the purpose of financing the costs of a project authorized by the Regional Economic Development Act was duly published as required by law; and for related purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n
