Ole Miss denies this in their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelocalvoice.net\/oxford\/ole-miss-releases-statement-regarding-ncaa-notice-of-allegations\/\">125 page response<\/a>\u00a0and, as this filing would insinuate, Rebel Rags denies the exchange as well. The impact this will have on Ole Miss&#8217; situation is currently unknown, though it would be hard to imagine that this won&#8217;t impact NCAA&#8217;s own response.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Rebels Rags is referred to as <strong>Booster 8<\/strong> in the NCAA case and Rebel Rags Founder, <strong>Terry Warren<\/strong>, has been identified as\u00a0<strong>Booster 9<\/strong>. This puts Rebels Rags in a position to lose association to the University, which would likely have a substantial impact on their business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cPeople have threatened to boycott the store,\u201d Rebel Rags Attorney<strong> Charles Merkel<\/strong> said to <strong>Sports Illustrated<\/strong>. \u201c[Warren] has received hate mail. People are blaming him and the store.
