    7. Kaye H. Bryant to address the board regarding tree mitigation.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Request permission to adopt a resolution to include recently annexed property, located between South Lamar and Old Taylor Road, into an existing voting ward. (Reanna Mayoral)<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    9. Request permission to adopt a resolution encouraging the Mississippi Legislature to assist in providing funding for infrastructure improvements in municipalities. (Ashley Atkinson)<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    10. Request permission to adopt an intent resolution to either issue General Obligation Bonds of the City, issue a General Obligation Bond of the City for sale to the MS Development Bank or enter into a loan with the MS Development Bank for the purpose of erecting municipal buildings, infrastructure improvements, repairs to municipal buildings, equipping same, and various other improvements to City facilities. Request permission to adopt a resolution hiring required legal counsel and an independent registered municipal advisor in connection with the sale and issuance by the City of Oxford of Oxford, Mississippi of either General Obligation Bonds of said city or a General Obligation Bond of said city for sale to The Mississippi Development Bank.
