    2. Request approval of Nathan Bailey and Rebecca Hubbard as interns in the Oxford Police Department for the 2017 Spring Semester. (Joey East)<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Request approval for two officers to attend Public Safety Media Training on February 13- 14, 2017<\/span><\/span>, in Biloxi, MS, at a total cost of $946.00. (Joey East)<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Request approval for one officer to attend a Criminal Investigator Certification Course beginning on February 6, 2017<\/span><\/span>, and lasting one day per week over the course of 6 weeks in Tupelo, MS, at a total cost of $850.00. (Joey East)<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Request approval for two officers to attend SWAT Team Leader Development on February 6- 10, 2017<\/span><\/span>, in Jonesboro, GA, at a total cost of $2,603.40. (Joey East)<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Request permission to accept the resignation of five seasonal employees in the Environmental Services Department. (Braxton Tullos)<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Request permission to accept the resignation of nine seasonal employees at FNC Park. (Braxton Tullos)<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Request permission to promote two seasonal employees to fulltime in the Environmental Services Department. (Braxton Tullos)<\/span><\/li>\n
    9. Request permission to promote three employees in the Oxford Electric Department. These promotions were included in the FY 16\/17 budget. (Braxton Tullos)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    10. Cowan Hunter, a member of the Tree Board, will present an award that the City of Oxford received from the Urban Forest Council.<\/span><\/li>\n
    11. Consider a request from Good Food for Oxford Schools to use the terrace above the old RSVP building (beside City Hall) for their 5th Annual Gospel Choir Showcase on April 30, 2017<\/span><\/span>, from 1:00 \u2013 7:00 pm<\/span><\/span>. (Ashley Atkinson)<\/span><\/li>\n
    12. Request permission to advertise for bus-wrapping services for Oxford University Transit. (Tim Akers)<\/span><\/li>\n
    13. Request approval of the annual travel schedule for the Oxford Conference Center.<\/a><\/span>(Hollis Green)<\/span><\/li>\n
    14. Request permission to accept a donation in the amount of $500.00 from the CREATE Foundation for the Oxford ReLeaf Project in memory of Al and Becky Moreton. The ReLeaf Project funds tree planting projects, so this money will be used to fund a tree planting dedicated to the memory of the Moretons. (Ashley Atkinson)<\/span><\/li>\n
