The streets surrounding The Square<\/strong> will be festival grounds for the 21st Annual Double Decker Arts Festival<\/strong> on Friday, April 22 and Saturday, April 23, 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Friday April 22, North Lamar Boulevard<\/strong>\u00a0and Monroe Avenue<\/strong> will be closed starting at 4 am. Any cars left on North Lamar or Monroe will be towed at the owner’s expense<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Saturday, April 23: All streets will be closed to traffic beginning at 4 am. Any cars left on The Square, North Lamar Boulevard, South Lamar Boulevard<\/strong>, Van Buren Avenue<\/strong>, Jackson Avenue East<\/strong>, Chancery Building parking lot<\/strong> or in any City of Oxford<\/strong> lots will be towed at the owner’s expense beginning at 4 am.\u00a0\"The<\/span><\/p>\n
