Who is your favorite cook\/chef? <\/strong>Definitely Marcus Samuelsson.<\/span><\/p>\n

What kitchen tool\/utensil could you not live without<\/strong>? I\u2019ve found a peeler to be quite irreplaceable.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is your favorite flavor combo?<\/strong> Spicy, with a hint of citrus.<\/span><\/p>\n

Name three items in your fridge<\/strong>: Butter, heavy whipping cream, and beer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where do you get your best recipe ideas<\/strong>? Honestly, buzzfeed gives me great munchies recipes.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the best meal you\u2019ve ever eaten? <\/strong>A five course meal at a small restaurant in Lynchburg, Tenessee. Jack Daniels in every dish.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the weirdest meal you\u2019ve ever eaten? <\/strong>A meal I had off the coast of Greece. Most notably a dish with sea urchin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Personal specialties: <\/strong>I make some mean chicken enchiladas and corn casserole.<\/span><\/p>\n

Favorite Midnight snack<\/strong>: Sadly, crispitos from Chicken on a Stick.<\/span><\/p>\n

Favorite Kitchen Music: <\/strong>Blues Traveler, Zapp<\/span><\/p>\n

Who would you most like to cook for and what would you prepare<\/strong>? Anthony Bourdain, I would just take him to Ajax.<\/span><\/p>\n
