In your experience, what is the most common reason to have a drink?<\/strong> You\u2019re thirsty.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite ingredient or flavor combination?<\/strong> Shrubs.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is your most essential bar tool?<\/strong> Bottle opener.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"NickSpillerBartender\"<\/a>Where\u2019s your favorite spot to sip in Oxford \/ your hometown?<\/strong> A creek bed.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are your personal specialties?<\/strong> Hay Seeds and Flinstones\u2019 Pushpops.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you wish people would order more often? Less often<\/strong>? Beer, Dirty Martinis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Early alcohol experience: <\/strong>Dad let me sip his beer one time. I thought it was disgusting. I was wrong.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most famous customer you\u2019ve ever served:<\/strong> Eli Manning. Although Bubby Brister did tip me a bill and let me try on his Super Bowl ring. Eli was just picking up some take out for his family, but still tipped very well.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who would you most like to have a drink with; where and what would you imbibe?<\/strong> Eddie Van Halen, some creek bed somewhere and I would drink strawberry lambic.<\/span><\/p>\n

What have you been listening to this year?<\/strong> The crickets, mostly.<\/span><\/p>\n

Favorite movie of all time:<\/strong> Ghostbusters.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Favorite sport & team:<\/strong> Golf. Well, it\u2019s not Auburn, Florida, or Tennessee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who\u2019s your favorite Rebel, and do you really ever go 18 MPH?<\/strong> Archie Manning is, and always will be, my favorite Rebel next to Henry David Thoreau and Thomas Paine. I really\u00a0have no reason to travel that particular stretch of road anymore, but no.<\/span><\/p>\n

Read any good books lately?<\/strong> Yes.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s the funniest thing you\u2019ve seen in your bar lately<\/strong>? Coked out kid gettin\u2019 a beer:
