Oxford, Miss. \u2013 The Oxford Film Festival<\/strong> is proud to announce the winner of this year\u2019s Ron Tibbett Audience Award<\/strong> is the narrative short The Gunfighter<\/em>,<\/strong>\u00a0directed by Eric Kissack<\/strong> and narrated by Nick Offerman<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe film averaged one of the highest scores of the festival in several years and was a joy to program,\u201d Michelle Emanuel<\/strong> said.<\/span>

Winners and festival favorites will be shown this weekend in Ocean Springs<\/strong> as the festival takes to the road. The Best of Oxford Film Festival<\/strong> will screen at The Mary C. O\u2019Keefe Cultural Center<\/strong> thanks to the generous support of the R&B Feder Charitable Foundation for the Beaux Arts<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The film presentation will begin Friday<\/span><\/span> night at 6 pm<\/span><\/span> and end at 11pm<\/span><\/span>. Saturday’s<\/span><\/span> presentation will begin at 12 noon<\/span><\/span> and run thru 11pm<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
