Parents and Students Encouraged to Attend,
\nEvent is Open to Public<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Oxford, Mississippi\u2014<\/em>Oxford School District<\/strong> parents and students are invited to join Good Food for Oxford Schools<\/strong> during a Heart Healthy Cooking Class<\/strong> on Thursday, February 12 from 6 – 7 pm in the Oxford Middle School<\/strong> cafeteria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Kathy Knight<\/strong> from the University of Mississippi’s Nutrition and Hospitality \"Cooking<\/a>Management Program will teach class attendees how to make heart healthy recipes. Menu items for the cooking class include crunchy broccoli salad, saut\u00e9ed root vegetables, tilapia and a strawberry meringue dessert.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
