What is your most essential bar tool? <\/strong>A good bar back.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where\u2019s your favorite spot to sip in Oxford \/ your hometown? <\/strong>At my friends Mac and Steve\u2019s condo.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are your personal specialties? <\/strong>Old school mixed drinks: Tom \/ Tim Collins, Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, et al.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you wish people would order more often? Less often? <\/strong>More good everything. Less Bud Heavy, Bud Light & Mich Ultra. That\u2019s not beer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Early alcohol experience<\/strong>: Oxford, many moons past.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most famous customer you\u2019ve ever served<\/strong>: Dr. John Hailman.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who would you most like to have a drink with; where and what would you imbibe?<\/strong> Charles de Gaulle in Paris and we\u2019d drink a three-year-old Malbec.<\/span><\/p>\n

What have you been listening to this year? <\/strong>French Pop: Racine Carr\u00e9e by Stormae.<\/span><\/p>\n

Favorite movie of all time<\/strong>: Paris, Je T\u2019aime<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Favorite sport & team:<\/strong> Football (real football), Liverpool Football Club.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who\u2019s your favorite Rebel, and do you really ever go 18 MPH? <\/strong>Dr. Sara Wellman, and yes I do, at night.<\/span><\/p>\n

Read any good books lately?<\/strong> The entire Badge of Honor<\/em> series by W.E.B. Griffin. Actually, anything by Mr. Griffin.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s the funniest thing you\u2019ve seen in your bar lately? <\/strong>A male grad student dropped a pack of rubbers on the first date.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where would you be if you weren\u2019t behind a bar?<\/strong> If I could choose? I\u2019d work for OPD or Lafayette County Sherriff\u2019s Department while I finish my undergrad. \"The<\/a>
