Ole Miss<\/strong> head coach Hugh Freeze<\/strong> spoke with the media today during a 35 minute press conference at the Manning Center about the team\u2019s preparations for Boise State<\/strong> on Thursday in Atlanta. The Rebels<\/strong> will kickoff the 2014 season at the Georgia Dome on Thursday at 7:00 pm. The game will be carried by ESPN.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are anxious to get going,\u201d Freeze said. \u201cWe have studied a lot of different film for Boise, but they have been the most difficult team to prepare for that I can remember.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Boise State is under the first year leadership of Bryan Harsin, who took over for the Broncos after one year at Arkansas State.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Rebels have yet to hear word on a NCAA eligibility ruling for De\u2019mor\u2019ea Stringfellow<\/strong> and Christian Morris<\/strong>. Freeze said it would be difficult for them to be prepped to play Thursday at this point regardless of what the NCAA says. Stringfellow, a highly recruited wide receiver transferred to Ole Miss from Washington<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

For once, Ole Miss can rely on depth chart. Freeze named five wide receivers that will play against the Broncos in Treadwell, Core, Adeboyejo and Pack.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"IMG_8859_BoWallaceWeb_szed\"<\/a>Senior quarterback Bo Wallace<\/strong> praised his offensive line and said he feels confident in their progress so far this season.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey are going up against the best defensive line in the SEC everyday in practice,\u201d Wallace said. \u201cI feel a lot better about the unit as a whole than I thought I would.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

As the signal caller prepares to enter his third year as a starter for Ole Miss, questions about the reality of breaking numerous of Eli Manning<\/strong>\u2019s records have surfaced. Wallace instead shifted the focus to a different record.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI want to be the first Ole Miss quarterback to win an SEC Championship game,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

We want that too, Dr. Bo.<\/span><\/p>\n
