Man Arrested after Cameras Found in Short Term Rental Property"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On December 19, 2025, Deputies with the <strong>Lafayette County Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/strong> received a report of a hidden camera located in a short term rental property in <strong>Lafayette County<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After an investigation was conducted on scene, <strong>Charles Collier<\/strong> was asked to speak with investigators about the incident. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subsequently, Charles Thomas Collier (58 year old) of <strong>Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong> was arrested and charged with Violation of Privacy [97-29-63] on December 19, 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Collier appeared before a Justice Court Judge on Saturday, December 20, 2025 and was issued a $75,000.00
