The Thacker Mountain Radio Hour<\/strong> will host its annual Holiday Membership Party<\/strong>, Friday, December 5 at Southside Gallery<\/strong> from 6\u20138 pm. The party will feature local\/regional caterers and breweries, spirits, wine, party photos, live music, and an online auction with proceeds going to the show\u2019s production costs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Southside Art Gallery is located at 150 Courthouse Square.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The party is free for members. Memberships will be available at the door and are good for one year. Memberships are $120 (single), $180 for couples. Donations will also be accepted at the show\u2019s website, http:\/\/thackermountain.com\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the membership party, the Thacker house band, The Yalobushwhackers<\/strong>, will perform two sets of holiday favorites with guest vocalists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Among the unique items available for bidding include vacation packages, hunting weekends, a Faulkner tour, Double Decker VIP passes, and a tour of historic Oxford homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also: McCarty Pottery<\/strong>, Robert Earl Keen<\/strong> Christmas show tickets, an End of All Music<\/strong> “Records and Rye” vinyl session with curated cocktails and Saint Leo<\/strong> bites, (8-10 people).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus, signed First Edition books by Richard Ford<\/strong>, John Grisham<\/strong>, and the late Walker Percy<\/strong>; and “A Season of Books”<\/strong> – signed books by the Fall 2025 Thacker authors (Don’t miss!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live performances of the radio show are currently on winter hiatus and will return for the spring 2026 season on Thursday, February 6, at 6 pm at The Powerhouse Arts Center<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
