On September 7, 2025, Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/strong> responded to a noise complaint in the area of County Road 104<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the response, a Deputy came into contact with a vehicle parked in the roadway, on the opposite side of the road. Deputies conducted a welfare check on the driver of the vehicle and found, Kenneth Fuller<\/strong>, 40 years old of Abbeville, Mississippi<\/strong>, slummed over the wheel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputies began an investigation and it was determined that Fuller was operating the vehicle while impaired. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fuller was arrested and charged with Felony DUI 4th<\/sup>\u00a0or Greater. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fuller appeared before a Justice Court Judge<\/strong> on Monday, September 8, 2025, and was issued a $15,000.00 bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fuller is currently being held at the Lafayette County Detention Center<\/strong> due to a hold for Drug Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
