Special Meeting is at 4:00\u00a0pm in the City Hall Courtroom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Notice that certain commission members will be included in the meeting via teleconference, subject to City of Oxford Code of Ordinances Section 2-82.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pursuant to Section 21-3-21, Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated, I, Robyn Tannehill, Mayor of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, do hereby call the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of Oxford, MS, to a SPECIAL MEETING to be held on\u00a0August 11, 2025 at 4:00 pm<\/u><\/strong>, for the transaction of important business. The meeting will be held in the 2nd Floor Courtroom of City Hall. The business to be acted upon at the Special Meeting is the consideration of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Call to order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. New Business\n

      1. Discuss overnight work at The Magnolia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Discuss closing Chickasaw Road from Molly Barr Road to CR 180 (Huggins Drive) to install a water tap and a sewer line. (John Crawley)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Consider a request from the Buildings & Grounds Department to work overnight in the Parking Garage on 8\/12-8\/14\/2025 from 11:00pm-7:00am and 8\/18 and 8\/19, if needed, for power washing and cleaning. (Mike Grant)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
