On June 25, 2025, an detective with the Oxford Police Department <\/strong>spoke with the victim\u2019s\u2019 mother about an ongoing issue between her adult child and Aaliyah Brown<\/strong> (27 of Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brown posted a video of an altercation after being told to not to post the video again as condition of a previous charge and conviction. The victim flew back to Oxford to pursue charges against Brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The victim signed charges for Posting of Messages through Electronic Media for Purposes of Causing Injury to Any Person. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 11th, 2025, Brown was taken into custody while on a traffic stop. She was transported to the Lafayette County Detention Center and given a bond by the Municipal Court Judge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
