Deputies located the vehicle and identified the driver as <strong>Pontotoc County<\/strong> resident <strong>Oriel Alfonso<\/strong> (28 years old, Hispanic male).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputies arrived on the scene and took a report from the victim.
