Special Meeting is at 2:00\u00a0pm in the City Hall Courtroom.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Notice that certain commission members will be included in the meeting via teleconference, subject to City of Oxford Code of Ordinances Section 2-82.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pursuant to Section 21-3-21, Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated, I, Robyn Tannehill, Mayor of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, do hereby call the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of Oxford, MS, to a SPECIAL MEETING to be held on May 21, 2025 at 2:00pm<\/u><\/strong>, for the transaction of important business. The meeting will be held in the 2nd Floor Courtroom of City Hall. The business to be acted upon at the Special Meeting is the consideration of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Call to order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      1. Request permission to close a section of Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. to allow for the removal of a fallen tree<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Closing the meeting\n

        1. Consider an executive session<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Adjourn<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
