These recipients represent the superb achievements and talents of Mississippi\u2019s business owners, directors, account executives, event planners, marketers and community volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are so honored that Double Decker Arts Festival was recognized with the Outstanding Event Award; it\u2019s a true reflection of how this event has grown from a humble community gathering into one of the Southeast\u2019s most celebrated festivals,\u201d said <strong>Kinney Ferris<\/strong>, executive director of Visit Oxford. \u201cEach year, Double Decker draws visitors from across the region, giving up-and-coming musicians and artists an incredible platform to share their talents while making a significant economic impact on our community.
