HOLLY SPRINGS, MISS. (TLV) \u00a0\u2013 Paul McLeod<\/strong>, the eccentric owner of \u00a0“Graceland Too<\/strong>” in Holly Springs, Mississippi was found dead this morning on the front porch of his home, hours after killing an intruder to his Elvis museum.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

McLeod was detained\u00a0late Tuesday evening after calling 911 to report that he had shot an intruder. McLeod was questioned\u00a0and then apparently freed without charges. <\/span><\/p>\n

Holly Springs police said Dwight David Taylor Jr.<\/strong>, 28 years old, came to McLeod\u2019s door asking for money and then tried to force the door. At that time, McLeod shot Taylor. The body was found inside the doorway of Graceland Too.<\/span><\/p>\n

McLeod’s attorney Phillip Knecht<\/strong> said in a news release, “Mr. McLeod and Graceland Too are fully cooperating with the local law enforcement in this matter. The investigation is in the earliest stages and is continuing.”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Paul MacLeod was then found dead on the porch of Graceland Too on Thursday\u00a0morning, after a driver saw McLeod slumped over in a chair, around 7 am.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Marshall County Coroner Richard Anderson<\/strong>, \u201cThere was no blood or anything. It appears to be natural, but it is a pending case until the autopsy is done.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Graceland Too is a Elvis museum known for being open 24-hours a day. It is popular with tourists and students alike, with “lifetime memberships” given to those who visit the museum at least three times.\u00a0\"The<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
