On March 29, 202,5 Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff<\/strong>‘s Department received a complaint of a disturbance on Highway 328<\/strong>. The complainants \u00a0alleged that Timothy Wade Gray<\/strong> (White, male, 54 years old, of Oxford, Mississippi<\/strong>)\u00a0entered the complainants home and attempted to stab one of the complaints with a blade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gray was subsequently arrested for Burglary- Breaking and Entering a Dwelling House or Inner Door of a Dwelling, Aggravated Assault- Use of a Deadly Weapon or Other Means Likely to Produce Death or Serious Bodily Injury and Weapon, and Possession of by a Felon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gray appeared before a Lafayette County Justice<\/strong> court judge, where he was issued a $50,000 bond. Gray is currently being held at Lafayette County Detention Center<\/strong> awaiting bond and also currently has a hold for the Mississippi Department of Corrections<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
