A male victim advised that he believed that a relative had been stealing from him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After\u00a0 investigation, it was determined that <strong>Jeffery Wilkins<\/strong> had been making multiple fraudulent <strong>Cash App<\/strong> transactions from the victim&#8217;s bank account to his Cash App account. Jeffery Wilkins (42 years old) was charged with false pretenses over $500 as well as exploitation of a vulnerable adult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeffery was arrested and transported to LCDC without incident.
