Notice that certain commission members will be included in the meeting via teleconference, subject to City of Oxford Code of Ordinances Section 2-82.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pursuant to Section 21-3-21, Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated, I, Robyn Tannehill, Mayor of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, do hereby call the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of Oxford, MS, to a SPECIAL MEETING to be held on October 10, 2024 at 2:00 pm<\/u><\/strong>, for the transaction of important business. The meeting will be held in the 2nd Floor Courtroom of City Hall. The business to be acted upon at the Special Meeting is the consideration of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Adopt the agenda for the meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Consider a request from Lafayette County to close North Lamar Boulevard from Monroe Avenue to Jefferson Avenue on Saturday, October 12th thru Sunday, October 13th for the installation of rooftop HVAC units at the Lafayette County Chancery Building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Consider an executive session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Adjourn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
