Add three tablespoons of dried herbs listed above. You can mix complementary herbs or use three tablespoons of one herb. Mix well. Spread out on washcloth and pour the mixture into the center of the cloth. Gather all edges of the cloth together and secure the top with a rubber band or a piece of ribbon. Now tie long pieces of ribbon around the top.
