After reviewing video evidence and investigating, the OPD CID unit was able to identify <strong>Elton Keith McCommon<\/strong>, 65, of <strong>Memphis, Tennessee<\/strong>, and obtained a warrant for his arrest on the charge of False Pretense. McCommon was taken into custody by <strong>Arkansas State Police<\/strong> in <strong>Crittenden County, Arkansas<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McCommon was taken before a Municipal Court judge and issued a $100,000 bond.
