On June 25, 2024, deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department<\/strong> responded to a Domestic Violence call on Highway 315<\/strong> East. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the investigation, Deputies determined that there was probable cause to arrest 36 year old Toni Elmore<\/strong> of Water Valley, Mississippi<\/strong> for Domestic Violence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toni was arrested a short period of time later at a nearby location after Toni had previous domestic violence convictions from both Mississippi and Tennessee<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toni was transported to LCDC and charged with domestic violence, simple 3rd Felony. Toni was issued a $25,000 bond by the Lafayette County Justice Court<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
