A break from their comedy offerings, <strong>Chronicle<\/strong> invites six storytellers to tell a true-to-life story inspired by the theme Pride. Interwoven between the stories will be live music. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anubis Improv founder <strong>David James Hamilton<\/strong> shares: \u201cWhen we ran this show in New Orleans years ago, then called Unreliable, we found that something truly magical happened at the intersection of the stories and the music. We\u2019re hoping we can recreate that magic for Oxford.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This inaugural show will feature stories from some well-known and well-decorated Oxonians, including <strong>Kaye Bryant<\/strong>, <strong>Rebecca Jernigan<\/strong>, <strong>Jason T. Plunk<\/strong>, <strong>Sha\u2019 Simpson<\/strong>, <strong>Jaylin Smith<\/strong>, and <strong>Lynn Wells<\/strong>. Music will be provided by local songwriter <strong>Kyle Kite<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The show is taking place on Saturday, June 1 at 7.30 pm at <strong>The Powerhouse<\/strong>.
