The Southern Brasserie prides itself on using local <strong>Mississippi<\/strong> ingredients whenever possible, serving the freshest raw oysters from around the country, artfully crafted cocktails, and fine internationally-inspired food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To celebrate the anniversary, Snackbar will be hosting a shrimp boil on Sunday, April 14 from 5\u20138 pm. At the event, guests will enjoy food, booze, and live music by <strong>Rocket 88 &amp; Friends<\/strong>, including <strong>Michael Farris Smith<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Eric Carlton<\/strong>, and <strong>Bradley Gordon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A portion of the proceeds will be donated to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lovepacksoxford.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LovePacks of Oxford<\/a><\/strong>, a non-profit organization dedicated to feeding hungry children in the Oxford\/Lafayette community. Snackbar alumni <strong>Derek Baker<\/strong> and <strong>Ivy McClellan<\/strong> will be creating cocktails using <strong>Cathead <\/strong>and <strong>Wonderbird<\/strong> products, and there will be beer from <strong>Red Panther Brewing Co.<\/strong> (Clarksdale) and Cathead Seltzers. Additional sponsors are <strong>Ben E.
