Dispatch was advised the location of the vehicle and description of the vehicle. The caller stated they were behind the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputies responded to the area and found a vehicle on the side of Hwy. 6 with the caller behind the vehicle. Deputies spoke with the driver later identified as 63 year old <strong>Tony Maurice Parker<\/strong> of <strong>Water Valley<\/strong>. &nbsp;Deputies later determined Mr. Parker was under the influence.
